I use ginger almost every day to keep arthritis at bay. It’s also anti-inflammatory, keeps cancer away, helps with nausea, stomach issues, colds and more. Since I use it so much, I decided to grow it. Turns out it grows well in hot weather. Lucky me! So this is a new herb I’ll be growing next Spring.
